I’m Brooke. Gratefully lucky lady, wife and mother of 3 beautiful babies (even if they are now 11, 10 and 8, they are still my babies), living in Port Stephens NSW, Australia! I love to be creative. I used to be an accountant in another life, but I’ve always kept the balance with a passion for photography, sewing and cooking in particular. I’m enjoying this time where my kids aren’t so dependent, squeezing in what I can in between family life, work and study.

I love sharing my sewing adventures with you, new PDF pattern releases, upcycling projects, sewing tips and tricks etc. I’ll start with what I’m making now, but will flash back to previous projects as I have the time to share those too. I might even throw you the odd recipe, because in this house we are all about good food!

I hope you love hanging out in my little corner of the internet. Make a tea or coffee and enjoy. I can’t tell you the hours I’ve spent reading other people’s sewing and food adventures, so I hope I can bring a little sunshine to others in return.
